How long doesn’t it take to be transferred back to IRR from Army Reserve?
Hi, everybody.
My ETS was on March 1st.
My Unit made a request for transferring me back to IRR on January 12.
They did it using IPPSA
And I can see that my request went up to the next chain of command.
But It’s been pending there since January 15.
What to expect from this?

It should only take a month or two (max) for the change to happen, but I want to understand your situation fully.
You ETSed already, so you're not drilling, correct? If so, I assume you're accessing the IPPS-A self-service using your DS Logon credentials as your CAC doesn't work anymore.
If you haven't checked to see what HRC is showing you as on your reserve/retiree/veteran record, do that. Log into the portal*, select your records, then select "Assignments". If it shows you in a "USAR Control Group", then you've been transferred and the status on the action hasn't been updated.
Also look into your iPERMS record* and confirm that there has not been any orders transferring you that have been placed in your file.
If nothing shows up, then contact your old unit and inquire about the status.

Thank you sir.
I use my cac card. It still works.
I have nothing in iPERMS about new orders, transfers etc.
My record in IPPSA shows “projected to Reinforcement”.
