The Pentagon’s new recruitment policy is a disaster

Anyone that has recruited knew this and saw what was coming. Problem is typically one DOD hand does not know what the other DOD hand is doing nor do they care due to group think in each cell.
While we may see it as a big problem, clearly there is a large part of DOD that does not. Austin is a puppet and has not inclination or power to do squat.
