Sergeant First Class Geoffrey A. Fleming’s most recent assignment was one of the Senior Small Group Leaders for Basic Leaders Course, located at Fort McCoy, WI from October 2014 till June 2019. He has been stationed here in Indianapolis with the 310th ESC at the Fort Benjamin Harrison U.S. Army Reserve Center since July 2019.SFC Fleming’s military education includes: the Primary Leadership Development Course, the Advanced and Senior Noncommissioned Officers Course, Postal Supervisor Course, Battle Staff NCO Course, Master Resiliency Course and Combat Lifesaver Course. SFC Fleming also is a graduate of the Master Leaders Course.SFC Fleming enlisted in the U.S. Army in August 2001. He has served in multiple positions including S-1 NCOIC, Basic Leaders Course Small Group Leader, and Operations NCO.
