My telecommunication career expands over twenty years (Veteran of Three Wars) with experience as a System Network Analyst, Network Operating Center (NOC) Supervisor Satellite Site Terminal Manager, Microwave PtP Radio Site Supervisor, Video Tele-conference Suite, Field Service, and Quality Control Engineer which entailed network design, site surveying, roll-out, installation, and testing.

Provided Telecommunication in support of VII Corp, and other regional agencies within the Greater Stuttgart Community. He installed 2/4-wire telephone and data circuits, including circuitry-conditioning equipment (i.e. echo suppressors, amplifiers, pads, etc.). His duties also included quality control of circuits: voice, data channels, and equipment by use of the appropriate diagnostic equipment. He also managed organizational maintenance on multi-link microwave terminals and maintained required records for pertinent reports.

Performed one year on the job training (OJT) as a Telephone Installer/Repairer. The MSQ-84 van equipment included data and voice circuitry trunks. He also verified quality of telecommunication circuits, by use of the appropriate diagnostic test equipment, and maintained required records.
