Have led many base wide events, established MAJCOM Level training for TDY personnel and worked to achieve many outstanding remarks/feedbacks, comments or selections in Operational Readiness Inspections. Love to work though underneath me to mentor and guide them while working as a team to accomplish goals. Am straight forward, honest and truthful (which in today's society is not liked)
