We also took care of and maintained all aircrew equipment, flight helmets, flight suits, G - suits, and flight jackets, and repair of just about anything that could be sewn up. We made helmet bags, clothing bags, utility bags, and I personally made curtains for the officers rooms at MCAS Iwakuni, made spare tire covers, upholstered the C.O. couch, you name it, we did it.
