Going on 14 years of service I have learned that the Army is what I make of it. I know that I am more than half way to the finish line but I also know I have no plan of stopping just yet. My ultimate goal, should I make the rank of Sergeant Major, is to be the Engineer Regiment Sergeant Major one day. With hard work and dedication I know I can get there.
