Recognizing the contractor's need for help - worked to facilitate fresh hiring’s, a competent site lead, and the right balance of specialty technicians to meet the needs of our specialized fleet. My impact on maintenance operations was very strong; the unit subsequently had a 215% increase in aircraft availability and production rates, and a 28% reduction in hours lost due to maintenance.
24 year military career with both the U.S. Army and US Navy. Gained upper-level manager status. Served honorably in several overseas combat environments that included four tours in Iraq, Qatar, and Kuwait in support of Operations Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom, and New Dawn.
