I worked for the US Postal Service 31 years and added my 4 years AF time to my retirement. I was a clerk, carrier, supervisor and a Manager Customer Service the last 12 years of my career. It provided me a good living to support my wife and 2 sons. I worked for the Stanislaus County Agriculture Department for 13 years in pest detection and loved the outdoor work until I decided it was time to give it a rest.

worked in Message Distribution Center, took messages off printer and routed copies to appropriate offices. Required Top Secret security clearance. Live with new wife in base housing called Green Park. (Was tall appartment complex with bowling alley, grocery store, theater and night club in same building.) Not green but had everything we needed.
