The 5th-MARDIV was being reformed and 13th was a new unit situated at LosPulgas. As such, I was responsible for writing the SOP covering repair technicians for radio/radar. It was adopted and I received meritorious promotion to E5, 12/01/1966.

Repair Chief, Responsible for 13th Marines ground and air radio repair and the technicians that perform said repair. New unit thus I wrote the Repair SOP which was adopted and I received meritorious promotion to Sgt E-5, MOS-2861. Remained in that position until discharge April 1967.
