H-1 helicopter Crew Chief, mechanic, instructor, supervisor, and asset manager. Maintenance Operation / Material Control Manager: Directly responsible for the production effort of a maintenance department consisting of 10 work centers and over 325 personnel. Initiated /hosted multi-agency working group to mitigate new program unforeseen obstacles- established enduring methodology to determine problem ownership, and then efficiently resolve it. Assigned appropriate personnel and priorities on a daily basis to ensure the upkeep of aircraft health, safety and readiness. Planned the management of special, scheduled, and phase inspections, to include periodic screening of hi-time removal components. Ensured the prompt compliance of technical directives and dynamic components. Performed duties as aircraft safe for flight clearance. Over 3200 logged day hours & over 1100 NVD hour operations.
