Vietnam War
I served as a Medic with the 3rd Brigade 82nd Airborne Division from July 1969 to December 1969 around the Saigon area. I then was reassigned to the 91st Evacuation Hospital in Chu Lai from December 1969 to July 1970 where I worked in the ICU Ward and often helped out in the ER. Helping and saving those in need gave me a sense of purpose and made me who I am today.
