Bio
As a veteran, I have discovered a phenomenal opportunity within the H.E.L.O. Foundation to give back to all those who have undergone the same hardships as my colleagues and I. The H.E.L.O. Foundation is a one-of-a-kind organization, headstrong in its mission to ensure a promising and rewarding transition for the multitude of returning service-members.
My life is lead in health and fitness. I began training at the age of 15 and have since progressively built my knowledge base and acquired the tools necessary to support this lifestyle. I earned diplomas in personal training and nutritional consultation in 2008 and over the years have experimented with various training styles, expanding my research and experience in order to continue to aid others and myself in furthered progression.
