Director of Special Liaison Unit, Brussels, Belgium Produced and disseminated intelligence information on terrorist cells; advised the United States Delegation to NATO and U.S. Embassy on Security Issues on daily basis; Coordinated Intelligence operations with National Intelligence Agencies; Organized and Managed a Wartime Operation Center for Joint Services support for Kosovo.
