High-tech, high-risk, high-reward ventures characterize Mullins's experience prior to joining America Makes. He served as Vice President of Government Programs of a communications software company used by the USG and by select Fortune 1000 C-level representatives of the defense industrial base. He also served as the Director of Product Development for a fully autonomous, intelligent unmanned aerial drone venture company.
