Bio

I have been blessed with an amazing Navy career that culminated in an OIF ‘Tip of the Spear’ leadership position helping to train Iraqi Police. At Target, I manage nearly 75% of the US New Store/Remodel program. I most enjoy leading troops or Team Members to excel, to find more within themselves than they thought possible, and to be a thought leader in my chosen profession or enterprise.

Command Master Chief
Responsible to the CG (US Army 2-star) for the morale, welfare, discipline and day-to-day management for a Headquarters of more than 1,500 military and civilian personnel assigned throughout Iraq. From end of tour review by MGEN Joe Peterson: Korman is a combat effective veteran, he set the standard and was an inspiration to the civilians, US Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen,Marines and international forces he served with. Whether on patrol or meeting with senior US/Iraqi leaders and diplomats Korman exuded a confidence and demeanor found only in the most experienced warriors and diplomats that I have known. His dedication insured material and personnel got to those in the fight, every time---on time. EQCM Korman is one of the finest NCOs I have ever known. Best of the best!
