Terry Martin-Back is a general contractor, real estate broker, writer, author, speaker, (Terry is a member of the National Speakers Association). Terry and his wife own the Exit Realty franchise and a small construction company in Gainesville, Florida. Terry organized a real estate investment group, (Invest Gainesville), and teaches people how to buy and invest in real estate, the right way. His speaking topics; "Networking The Right Way", "Dealing with Diverse and Difficult People; Are You One?". "What Home Owners Need to Know" and Investing in Real Estate the Right Way".
Certified General Contractor, Real Estate Broker, member of the Alachua County Codes Enforcement Board, former member of the Alachua County Veteran Advisory Board.

I have 12 years active duty and 8 years guard and reserve. Stationed at Ft. Knox, Ft Stewart, Ft Carson, Camp Gerry Owen Korea, Ft Riley, Ft Benning an Ft Lewis. Have trained all across the US, Germany, Italy, Canada, Korea, and served during Desert Storm.

Was with the 4th Cavalry of the Big Red One, we created the mess on the highway of death and cleared the airstrip at Safwan.

TOC NCOIC and in my off time, developed a relationship at a local orphanage and supported them creating sponsorship's between soldiers and the kids as well as doing fundraising for improved living conditions and activities for the kids.
