I entered the service in 1979 with a goal to get a college degree. I worked as a personnel specialist for my entire 20 year military career. In November of 1997 I completed my Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts with Louisiana Tech University and a concentration in Human Resource Management. After Air Force retirement I worked for an employment agency for 13 years. Now self employed and loving it.

Worked with unit commander and manpower to stand up the USAF Weapons School at Barksdale AFB. Directly supervised 2 orderly room personnel. Gained all unit personnel into the Air Force personnel data system. Processed military leave requests. Wrote, edited and processed personnel performance reports. Dispatched unit mail.
