Retired Air Force officer with 28 years of training and development management and leadership experience at all levels and in multiple organizations. Led teams that developed three separate programs of instruction for two different organizations. Recently completed the EMARSS-S Training Support Package (TSP) as a subcontractor to Boeing.

Initial Cadre MC/AC 130W
Developed tactics, techniques, and procedures to implement the precision strike package on the AC/MC-130W airframe at Cannon AFB, NM. Responsible for evaluating equipment and identifying shortfalls of system to decision makers to acquire funding to fix deficiencies. Responsible for developing and implementing initial, differences, and continuation training for a technically complex system to multiple geographically separate locations.

Multiple deployments to SWA in MC130 and AC130 aircraft. Typical deployment length was 90 days, with 30-60 at home. Deployed as part of TF Viking during the start of OIF. Chief, J35 Air on TF Viking staff, responsible for coordinating all air movement into and out of Northern Iraq during the beginning of OIF.
