Bio

COL Yates enlisted in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman in 1977 and remained on active duty for ten years. He enlisted in the MSARNG, before being commissioned in the Medical Service Corps in 1998. HE transferred into the ILARNG after Iraq in 2007. He is a Certified Safety Professional in the private sector and holds a Juris Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law.
