Served 3 years at Ft. Bragg, N.C., then spent 4.5 years in Germany. In Germany I served 18 months in the 1/94th Field Artillery in William O'Darby Kaserne which was the best unit I had the opportunity and honor to serve with. Then I made the unfortunate decision to reenlist with Ft. Drum, New York as duty station of choice. The 10th Mountain Division is an outstanding unit! I just got unlucky.
