Selected as the Director of Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO aka STO) in a Special Mission Unit (SMU) Asymmetric Warfare Group. Responsible for planning, developing, and incorporating unique highly compartmentalized capabilities, and Special Access Programs (SAPs) into DoD operations. Personally employed these capabilities to enhance targeting of enemy forces in order to mitigate and defeat asymmetric threats in the CENTCOM, AFRICOM, and PACOM AORs. Coordinated with other national level SMU’s, Joint community, government agencies, and the Department of the Army Senior Operations Officer (DA G3/5/7) to collectively improve the DoD warfighting capability and to protect US interests in a Global environment.
