Was the NCOIC for all Soviet FETMO Ground Force Troops using Multichannel, Manual Morse and any other form of communication except voice. At the same time worked the SIMD mission (the only NCOIC every to do so up until then). Also the USSID manager.

Attached to the 2nd ACR. Witnessed the DIVARTY CDR and his staff violate the NATO CDR's orders for eating and drinking in German Gasthof. Though lower enlisted were disciplined, nothing happened to this 3 star. All the individuals that reported this incident, the Army tried to punish.
