Bio

1995 to 1997, I was an Instructor at Louisiana Military Academy. We were charge with taking pre IET Soldiers and putting them through 3 days of stressful Basic type training. This was designed to prepare them for the experience of Basic. After interviewing SM that attended, it was determined that the pre-Basic training was very helpful. Also being a First Sergeant is very rewarding!
