I am currently working on a Warrant Officer packet, and applying for the max of 3 MOS: 350F, 882A, and 922A. I am taking a long shot by staying in my MOS of 35F as I am a reclass to this MOS. I have reached out to the to 882A and 922A via emails, text, and the branch sites. However, I am now having trouble getting responses back. Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction of Warrants within these fields? To gain knowledge of daily operations as a Warrant and potentially receive LORs needed to complete my packet.

Warrants are incredibly insular humans who resist all attempts at being tracked, located, pinned down to one spot at any time. You actually have to physically catch them in the wild, I suggest donuts and coffee. You don't want to start too early in the day because Warrants aren't known to be alert before 0930 but EWOL - Early Warrant Officer Lunch starts at 1030 and runs till about 1330 so you have to be quick when you're trying to lure them out. Again, coffee is best and the stronger the better. If you brew some espresso with Red Bull you might even lure a CW3 or CW4 out of their lair long enough to rope then into an interview.
Whatever you've heard about CW5s don't believe it. They're basically unicorns and just as likely to curse you with a Monkey's Paw to see if you're worthy of their Recommendation. If you see one you should just avert your eyes or you might go blind

I can say in my 8 years, I have never met a 350F that was a reclass into the MOS. Most 350F warrants that can right your LOR, won’t unless you have at least 6 years spanning at least 1 strategic level assignment.

Yep............ I was a 35F SGT, when I commissioned to 92A QM. I did not have the MOS time and mission sets that would support a WO packet from 35F to 350F. I've literally seen semi qualified 35F NCO's that checked the boxes NOT SELECTED for WO in Intel.
So unless one is an agency analyst some where (using LOR's written by agency directors) I don't see reclassing into WO Intel as a possibility.
Not saying don't apply, but 100% agree with SSG D. here.

Ironically, there is a very good chance you could end up in Command of a company in the QM/LG path in a few years.

I can help you with 922A; the QM proponent rarely shows flexibility to waivers so please ensure you have 3-4 among the best NCOER's that really explain 92G related tasks over the last five years.... Did you attend 92G ALC?
For LOR's Contact your local USAOWA chapter... they can help you find someone.
I will reach out to you in global email if you like for more details as it relates to 922A. I had PDP for 922A and 920B
