I've worked for some great Officers who came from the academy... So I disagree with the "nothing good" remark.

Seems like the bad news always outweighs the good... I would bet it's still academically tough, but probably a little to PC just like everything else.

The Naval Academy is still extremely difficult; what exactly are you basing your comments on, Cpl Brett Wagner? This would result in dismissal? No, it really wouldn't. This exact sort of thing is encouraged by the staff and upperclassmen as a method of team building and blowing off some steam leading up to the Army-Navy football game, and it's been going on for quite a while. Just because it gets uploaded to YouTube now doesn't mean it's new.

Cpl Brett Wagner - My guess it that your experience with any of the service academies is limited. Your disparaging commentary, with no justification, linked to a spirit video speaks directly to this. My recommendation is that you forgo this year's Army-Navy game --mostly because the winning spirit video's will be show-cased. I've never given a "down vote" on RP. But, you deserve it here. "Killers, rapists, cheaters, and poor education" ? WTF, over?

Capt Mark Strobl While I like to give the boat school a good ribbing now and again it is all in good fun. This is my favorite time of year with the Midshipmen making their funny videos about the Army/Navy game although the star wars theme for this years game is too long in my opinion and not as funny as years passed. The statement made about our Naval Academy is belittling and disrespective of all who have passed through her hallowed halls. I join you in the down vote.
Oh and yes the Navy will own Army this weekend and take home the Commander's Cup

The service academies do this all the time. Some even have senior field grade and flag officers in the videos. I don't necessarily think it is the most professional but at the same time, these are college students. I am more concerned about the cheating and sexual assault issues that seem to happen at every academy.
