Thanks for posting a link to the WWII Spy School website TSgt John Temblador, PI, CIPA. Since the espionage and direct action commando schools of the time tended to be clandestine and had interesting names like OSS for instance I was struck by the title of your discussion.

OSS O So Special for the Blue Bloods they recruited to rub shoulders at Embassy Events for Inside Knowledge and O So Sneaky for the Safe Crackers, Lock Picks and Pick Pockets they Recruited to teach the Blue Bloods a thing or two!
