This seems like good news SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. I hope there are no strings attached. Since it AER I am pretty confident there will be no strings attached.
Do the other military Services have similar programs or is this Army unique.
I know in the past different GI bills allowed service members and veterans to use the programs for their children's education.
It is good to know AER is being put to another good use - I contributed to it through allotment from 1974 through 1992.
