British City Council Gives Children 25 'Gender Options' to Identify Themselves The Constitution

I thought this was an interesting sign of the times.
T @he government-sponsored Children’s Commissioner for England devised the survey specifically for 13 to 18-year-olds to discover “how gender matters to young people.”At issue was Question 13, which asked, “How do you define your gender?” These were the options from which students were instructed to select:
Agender; All genders; Androgynous; Bi-gender; Boy; Demi-boy; Demi-girl; Female; Gender fluid; Gender nonconforming; Genderqueer; Girl; In the middle of boy and girl; Intersex; Male; Non-binary; Not sure; Other/s (please state); Rather not say; Tomboy; Trans-boy; Trans-girl; Tri-gender; Young man; Young woman

As somebody who was conceived in Britain and born in the USA, I am saddened but not at all surprised by this Children’s Commissioner for England devised survey. This is an extension of socialism when people place all their trust in the government to run virtually every aspect of their lives. In an age when sexuality seems to a du-jour choice it isn't surprising that bureaucrats developed this broad list of potential choices. I imagine they did their best to not offend any particular group except parents, bible-believing churches and synagogues and koran-believing mosques. LTC Stephen C. CW5 Charlie Poulton SFC Joe S. Is a 13 year old male homosexual a "Boy" or not?

LTC Stephen F. - Colonel, It was in the 1970s when I was visiting my sister and, when I was leaving I gave her two kids a present each. To her daughter I gave a Tonka Front End Loader and to her son I gave an "art kit". Both loved their presents and the biggest problem that arose was that her daughter wouldn't let her son play with "MY truck".
Both kids grew up to be normal and well socialized adults.

That seems to be an incredibly ill advised survey to give to teenagers and should serve to confuse many of them. Giving so many choices to people who are inherently unsure of themselves seems to legitimize an anything goes approach. It is in society's interest to allow for free expression but 25 choices to define an area that genetics gives only two selections for is ludicrous.

I concur with your assessment SSgt Robert Marx. I wonder if any prankster will select all 25 choices since the test say you can select as many as they want.
