This article, and many others like it, ignore one simple fact. That fact is that the State Department has said several times that the classified emails weren't classified until they were reviewed for public release following the court order to do so. If they weren't classified at the time she was Sec Of State, then there was no criminal act. Furthermore, the FBI has never called this a criminal investigation. Refusing to release information during an investigation does not make it a criminal investigation. There has been a lot of speculation about an indictment, but it is all speculation. No one can say an indictment is going to happen until the investigation is concluded.
