Bible makes list of books most challenged at libraries, public schools | Fox News

There was a time when books were banned from school libraries because they were considered obscene based on community standards. The Bible has always contained virtually every human interaction possible because as God's Word it portrays the human condition with both its beauty and its vileness as it offers the solution to our condition in Christ.
I am not surprised that the Bible is now one of the most challenged books in the New York library system and public school systems.
