Discrimination based on sexual orientation is illegal in the United States. When will these social conservatives learn that legal discrimination against LGBT is not coming back. Just like with racial discrimination, the haters have lost.

Nobody has answered question on how are the states going to enforce the STUPID law. My guess they will lay off some teachers a hire some bathroom police that will frisk everyone at the door.
The 14th amendment does guarantee equal protection, what equal about any part of this law.
If they a so paranoid they new to strengthen they laws dealing with molesters in general!!

COL Ted Mc
MSgt Michael Bischoff - Master Sergeant; Please DO NOT give State Legislators any more ideas for stupid spending.
"Toilet Police" (I presume that their motto would be "Cum vos stare sumus." [no hints on that one]) is simply too logical an idea for any "Concerned Legislator" to bypass.

This announcement brings to mind the matters that the Department of Justice HAS NOT become involved in: 1) Fast and Furious, 2) Immigration and Obamacare, 3) IRS, 4) AP/Reporter Phone Records, 5) Benghazi, 6) Private Email Servers (to name a few). By their fruits we shall know them. Thanks for posting, COL Ted Mc.

Maj William W. 'Bill' Price - Major; The Department of Justice HAS been "involved" in ALL of those things.
What you have to remember is that the outcome of having the DoJ involved is very similar to the outcome of your daughter praying for a pony - sometimes that answer is "It really doesn't matter how much shit you find there isn't ALWAYS a pony buried under it.".

I stand corrected, COL Ted Mc. Their decisions in each of the instances I mentioned do constitute a level of involvement. I also don't expect to find a pony, either.
