If we don't laugh at the ineptitude of the VA, we'll just start crying

I thought the one where a guy stood in front of them as they told he needed to prove that he was alive.

CPT Jack Durish - Captain; Not that even ONE is completely excusable, but that 4,000 is out of how many in total?

Capt (Join to see) - Captain; You obviously don't understand how the system works. It doesn't matter if someone is standing in front of the clerk and saying that they are alive! The clerk has a record that says that the person is dead and that's the end of the story as far as the clerk is concerned.

The clerk simply doesn't have the authority to conduct a resurrection.

Sir, we could make this easy and use the ID-10-T forms? Are those ever out of Print?

CPT (Join to see) - Captain; Any you'd LIKE to be paying "Disneyland Prices" for a cup of coffee from a VA vending machine?
