Maybe the republicans can find a picture of her jaywalking to show how often she flaunts the law.

If they did, no (D) would believe it. A LE joke is to say Deny Everything, Make Counter Accusations.

No, it won't. US Attorney will tell House GOP to pound sand, or if they don't then after millions of dollars wasted they will find nothing.

And don't bother parsing transcripts to find a "gotcha", the requires for a conviction are the same as in most crimes, "guilt beyond a reasonable doubt" and that guilt has to be for DELIBERATELY lying with an intent to deceive, rather than an error, omission or misunderstanding.

Clinton has the perfect defense in the Benghazi hearing, which is that in an eleven-hour interrogation she forgot or made a factual error or that xxxx was the truth as she knew it at the time.

BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT; they won't and can't get there.

Also, the Attorney General, POTUS and I believe the American people have had enough of GOP fishing expeditions at taxpayer expense. The GOP has been trying to smear her with whatever bullshit they can exaggerate into the faux-scandal of the moment for 25 years and nothing has stuck yet. We know their game, and I highly doubt the Democratic president or the sufficiently large Democratic senate majority or the Democratic appointee AG will allow anymore partisan bullshit.

If the GOP really tries to force the issue, don't be surprised when they suddenly back. House and senate Democrats could sue the Speaker and Majority leader now that the GOP set a precedent of suing personally a sitting president. Once that is brough up, it stops.

My prediction, GOP tries to make some noise, it goes nowhere, and you, me and the rest of the electorate vote in November between Clinton, Trump, Johnson and Stein. Trump will be GOP nominee, and Clinton will be the Democratic nominee. None of them will be in jail, none of them will be under criminal indictment, and (with any luck) Trump will owe millions to the people he defrauded with Trump University.

I did not go to Law School but I do believe Comey stated at the Congressional hearings last Thursday that he would look into the contradictions with Hillary's sworn testimony and the FBI findings. However after studying prior perjury cases and reading the law I agree prosecution for perjury before congress is a tough task .
But you never know . I do know, anyone who can predict how the U.S. Attorney will rule on this case may just be blowing smoke or has some inside information.
