Standoff? Commission defends debate schedule amid Trump complaints

I want to see how MANY Trump Supporters will Defend this! The Hillary Clinton Campaign had NOTHING to do with the Scheduling of the Debates! This schedule was set September 2015! Trump didn't complain about then! By, the NFL NEVER sent Donald Trump a Letter regarding the Debate Schedule during Monday Night Games as he claimed they did! Is Donald Trump Scared to debate?

You sure do have a hard case against Donald Trump, don't you? Every sound bite, every story is interpreted to vilify him. So the schedule for the debates was set during September 2015. Which of the candidates had been nominated at that time so that they might have some intrinsic interest in them? Surely, any candidate would prefer to have the debates scheduled at a more congenial time, wouldn't they? Unless, of course, they feared facing off against their opponent. Seems Donald isn't afraid and wants the widest possible audience, doesn't it? Otherwise, why would he complain? And Hillary is okay with the scheduling? I bet she is...

SPC Andrew Griffin - so the NFL being a big media source denied sending the republican candidate a letter? I think you're viewing the surface of some BS response on MSNBC and accepting it. First of all "The NFL" is composed of thousands of members, lots of rich folks and associates of Trump. That being said, the NFL could mean any one of those folks as well, which NFL leadership has zero ability to respond to this, they're simply saving face with the left wing

SPC Andrew Griffin - once again, "The NFL" is not a single person, the letter would not have been signed "The NFL", it could've meant any of its agents, which I'm certain he has dozens of associates in. I don't see this being unlikely, and I'm sure after this being blown up, nobody is going to come forward and say, yup it was me.

He is trying to get out of the debates all together. He had the same tactics against Megyn Kelley, when she used his own quotes against him on a Fox Debate. He then said she was unfair, and insulted her in an unfortunately childish manner, and bailed on the next debate which fox ultimately cancelled.
He hand his team have every right to be afraid of the debates, he will be torn to shreds by Clinton. He can only use the Benghazi/email thing for so long. He needs more factual substance if he's going to be able to compete, and I honestly dont think its there. Here is where is temperament will be his undoing
