In February 2016 Donald Trump explained his plan to defeat ISIS. As of yesterday he has hinted at tapping into the pool of commanders that support him and also anticipating working within the military for a strategy to choose whether his own or theirs or both would be used.

I respect the man for stepping into this election cycle. He has no plan. What he does have is the intelligence to gather the most brilliant military minds to create a strategic vision of what he would like to accomplish in support of the defense of this great nation. Does anyone here doubt the man knows how to seek out the best and brightest? I say give him a shot...HRC had her chance and lives were lost needlessly.

What examples do you have of him gathering the best and brightest and following their suggestions? He has repeatedly said when asked that he primarily follows his own gut and his good brain. He has also said that all the generals involved in the wars are by definition terrible because look at the state of the world. So is there any evidence at all of him in his past gathering up experts and listening to them?
He supposedly has a group of generals advising him now, yet he still gets onstage and says the US needs to torture more, to, and I quote, " waterboard and worse" and target the families of terrorists. He said last night that "to the victor goes the spoils" and he thinks we could have left a military force surrounding the oil wells and taken the oil. Do you really think any of the generals who are advising him suggested the military do either of those things?

What we need to do is more of the same Obama/Clinton/Kerry policies that have served the USA and ME so well so far. NOT!

Trump has to not get so wound up. I think he is working out more and doing the treadmill to get rid of the energy or maybe his wife is helping too!!
