Hillary is quite different from President Obama. She is not an ideologue. To be honest, I don't think she cares much for any political party. Left or Right, doesn't matter to her. She puts on a show to garner votes with the Left, but coddles up to the Right with equal ease. Hillary's only identifiable agenda is to become even more wealthy. While Secretary of State she collected hundreds of millions by peddling influence. Imagine how much more she'll garner as President.

CPT Jack Durish - Yes I agree with most of that and her Supporters are blind to it. However, I think after the spot light of this election her money making days are nearing an end. We'll see how much the Democrats can hold their nose at. I think they are facing a major split in the Democratic Party right now between hard Left and Moderate / right wing. So they have to be more careful now than they have in the past to keep everyone happy. If the Republicans ever really marketed to Latinos (and a good chunk are Republican leaning) or to African Americans ( a good chunk are tired of the Democrats failed policies)..........You could remake the Republican Party into a majority Party the Democrats would have real issues beating at the ballot box. We just need someone at the RNC to setup a plan like that and execute it. Hillary largely won't fix anything she promised so the next four years you could really remake the Republican Party into a power house. The next Presidential election cycle will have a LOT more frustrated people than this one did.

Congress can only Impeach the President (i.e charge him or her with misconduct). It would take a two-thirds majority vote of the Senate to convict (i.e. kick a president out of office) and the Justice Department and only the Justice Department has the authority to prosecute for criminal actions.

MSgt James Mullis - Lets say the absolute worst case scenario happens and the Democrats take control of the Senate by a one vote majority. There are 25 Senate seats up for re-election two years later. Will they win the majority twice? Not likely. The House also has seats up for re-election 2 years later. That gives her a fairly narrow two year window to push her agenda through. Hence it would behoove her to push through the non-controversial stuff first and not polarize the electorate. We'll see what she actually does. I am not hugely worried about the Supreme Court control issue or HRC changing government that radically the first two years because she wants to keep that money machine going to the Clinton Foundation as long as possible.
