Would they could have killed many more. 265 was only a start to a paratroopers day.

Capt Tom Brown Whether the air crew survived or not, it shows a great devotion to their fellow soldiers that they prioritized securing the downed Apache. The fact that they unloaded on the insurgents, preventing them from turning this into a propaganda opportunity.
