Sounds like threats. My biggest issue with obama care, funny they are just now calling it ACA, is the fine. Make insurance mandatory and fining those who can't afford it was crazy from day one.

Health insurance should be set up as a nonprofit business model..the whole for profit model does not work and will lead to a collapse..

You could, but insurance is MANDATED by States, Cities, Municipalities, Feds., Hospitals, ... The Government does NOT want to reign in on their profits as they fund the "Political" apparatus (candidate war-chest).
