2017 NDAA Signed Halting Military Downsizing. What are your thoughts?

President Obama signed the annual defense authorization act into law on Friday, finalizing a 2.1 percent pay raise for troops next year.

Congress also included plans to significantly boost the number of service members in the military. Army end strength is set at 476,000 soldiers, about 16,000 more than the White House had requested.

That's good. We all know its about to change come January. Other than obvious reasons, there is going to be "added" focus [I use that term instead of boots on ground] on certain areas within the Middle East
