Play stupid games (elect democrats) get stupid prizes (ridiculous taxes). The Philly voters did this to themselves. They cannot even cry taxation without representation. This is what happens when voters do not see or care about the impact of their votes until the tax man shows up.

This is beyond a tax it is a way to try to control your life.

Of course those who do not use these items are okay with it because the only good tax is one someone else pays.
