The time for dissent by Mrs. Yates was when the EO was being vetted through DOJ. Her act was just a political stunt. I'm sure we'll hear her name again when it's election season.

Capt Gregory Prickett - The article posted by PO2 A, said that the EO wasn't vetted by State, DHS, and DOJ. If reports refute the claims, in regard to DHS and State, why should we believe that the EO wasn't vetted by DOJ as well? Because the NYT or CNN said so? Okay.

PO1 Don Gulizia - DHS officials, according to numerous reports, did not vet the EO and only learned the details the night before. Furthermore, DHS advised the President that this could not legally apply to LPRs, and the White House overruled them.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Did you watch Sec. Kelly's news conference? Unknown DHS "officials" are more credible than the actual Secretary? Was Sec. Kelly lying that DHS saw drafts of the EO and it's legal dept. vetted it?

PO1 Don Gulizia - First, Sec. Kelly never stated that his staff and his legal department "vetted" the EO, not once. Second, I know for a fact that Sec. Kelly lied about complying with the court orders, as all of the attorneys have been denied access to incoming LPRs. If he lied about that, then tiptoed around the vetting issue, why should I believe him.
I have a basic rule of thumb - once you like, everything you say from then on has to be confirmed by a separate source.

MAJ James Woods
PO2 Robert Aitchison - Has he? Did he already reject Trump's "torture" review or was it something else he did?

He stated that he wanted to have a voice in picking anyone on the defense team, or he would quit.
