And the 400 highest income taxpayers in the country could receive millions of dollars in tax relief while the middle and lower income Americans would come up empty or in the hole. RICH get RICHER. As usual the Rethugs doesn't give a damn about the common American

I'm a lower-middle incone American and I would come out ahead with the repeal of the ACA, even with the Repubs replacement.

This whole thing is a shell game. Out of some 20 million that got coverage since the ACA was enacted, some 14.5 million of those got it through Medicaid or CHIP. Further, it is estimated that between 25% and 50% of those that got it through Medicaid or CHIP were actually eligible BEFORE the expanded eligibility of the ACA. Personally, I don't count Medicaid or CHIP as "health insurance". Both, IMV, are welfare pigs no matter how much makeup one puts on them. I favor returning to the Medicaid criteria prior to the ACA ... with states able to do whatever they wish above that level ... as long as they pay for it.

Even with the ACA, CHIP, and expanded Medicaid coverage there are still some 24 million with no coverage whatsoever in our country.

Does it say how many of the supposed 24 million would CHOOSE not have health insurance, at least under the skyrocketing costs, deductibles, and co-pays of Obamacare?

According to the CBO, most of those who would be uninsured would choose it. Nobody wants to talk about that though.

How about that, Sir? When people are no longer mandated to purchase something, a bunch of them decide to no longer purchase it. Doesn't seem so shocking to me.

It's not an issue of choosing whether or not to have health insurance but rather can they afford too. Food on the table vs. health insurance? Hmmm.
