Why Are Butterfly Knives Illegal And Where?

Butterflies have it tough enough already, what with having to worry about getting eaten by giant aliens and all. Giving their enemies a knife specially designed to kill them is beyond cruel.

It's weird, I think some lawmakers tried to classify it as a type of gravity knife......unsure honestly. There is a negative depiction of Butterfly knives, like the article said, seen in films such as Kick-Ass. Personally, I don't think any type of knife should be illegal.

It's just a knife. I used to own one in the early '80s. There was nothing particularly dangerous about it.
