Apparently even the other members of the 9th circuit thought the 3 judge panel from the 9th circuit did a bad job on the first Trump EO on immigration.

Yeah, it's a real killer when 5 out of 29 judges comment, in a dissent, on the losing side. Yup, I bet they are losing lots of sleep over that one.

Capt Gregory Prickett - the logic and Rights granted in the three Judges of the ninth circuit is the issue at question.
Bottom line is the judicial branch over reached and it is a matter of judicial integrity, Constitutional duty and time before this ruling is overturned.
At minimum I would have expected a level of nuance that liberals love to claim but never demonstrate in the original opinion.
Deference to the executive branch in some manner. This is a political hack decision by the Court with bias for all to see.
