I don't remember similar complaints when Pres. Obama flew his family to NYC to watch a play that cost the taxpayer millions of dollars. Writer has no clue who Marie Antoinette was or why the French royal family was hated. Pres. Trump did not earn his money on the backs of the taxpayer. Mrs. Trump is not some young harpy undeserving of her position. She speaks multiple languages, earned her own money, and has led a honorable life.
This country is $20trillion in debt. There is nothing in the Constitution requiring the federal Gov't to give money to Meals-on-Wheels. This charity should be funded by private donations. The federal Gov't has no busy paying for NPR, Planned Parenthood, and other non-essential programs.
