Always important to keep an open mind. Maybe she gave him permission to post the pictures, they broke up, and she decided to try and ruin his career for revenge. People (not just women) can be like that.

For me, everything hinges on whether or not he had permission from the woman to post the pictures publicly. If she was onboard, then where's the crime? If not, then the guy is a scumbag.

Either way, if you don't want your naked selfies or posed pics on the Internet, don't take them, or don't give them to people. Once it's on the Internet, it's forever.

This entire thing about posting pictures seems odd to me. This Marine is charged with disclosure of private images. Did he sign a nondisclosure statement? What is the expectation of privacy when one send "intimate" photos to another?
