I donate 8 to 24 inches or more every 4 years. Some times I get pictures or cards from the parents who receive my donations. It's very heart warming to be able to give a child hope in their fight. I just recently donated this year. Pictures in the comments.

I am a ginger and I have a handsome ginger as well. He told me yesterday when I was getting my hair cut he wanted to grow his out to so he could give it to another kid like him.

You should post s pictures SSG Ken Gouchenour of your long hair!... I think that's awesome. I used to give it to Locks of Luv but they sell the hair you donate. And if the. Gulf is terminally ill most insurance companies won't pay for a wig!!! So I seek out different ones that will. And thank you for your kind words. Must be the Irish, Scottish and Norwegian mix!that gives me great looks.. lol...

Aawww your wife is gorgeous SSG Ken Gouchenour, sorry she doesn't like the long hair. But yea, happy wife, happy life!... lol... kudos to you for being a great husband and dad.
And I know a lot about the Native Americans and there hair. If you had tracking skills they actually wouldn't allow you to cut it. I was just thinking of taking my kids to one of the Choctaw reservations to learn a lot of this same skills my grandfather and I learned.
We would be MIA for a few years as a lot of the old reservations don't allow much outside technology. I'm guessing to hold onto the old ways for as long as possible. Or there still so deprived by our government. Not really sure.
