This is much what I expected. There is no way the CO at least would not be fired. The top Three - CO/XO/CMC - after this mistake and where they were, makes a lot of sense. Was there just too much complacency all around? I still want to know more.
So many questions:
What time did she get underway?
How long is Sea and Anchor Detail?
When did the CO hit his rack?
What were the standing orders?
And dozens more!

I saw this in the paper this morning. Not at all surprised that these three are fired. It remains to be seen what punishment the bridge and combat watch officers will receive...
