Sir:
Seeing as your profile lists you as an Army Reservist, I must respectfully remind you that the UCMJ still applies to you. Specifically, Articles 88 and 134.
Article 88: Contempt Toward Officials
Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

Article 134: General Article
Though not specifically mentioned in this chapter, all disorders and neglects to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the armed forces, all conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces, and crimes and offenses not capital, of which persons subject to this chapter may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance of by a general, special or summary court-martial, according to the nature and degree of the offense, and shall be punished at the discretion of that court.

But as I remind the Soldiers in my unit, "Do what your rank can handle."

LTC (Join to see) - What do you base this statement upon? His condemnation of violence from all sides? Sounds pretty reasonable to me.

Andrew, your a MAJ and entitled to your opinion however your also a soldier and even if you disagree with your commander in chief you took an oath to obey the orders of those above you. Act like an officer and keep your "embarrassment" to yourself. If you spoke like that about one of your immediate superiors I am sure you wouldn't last long.

SGT Gregory Lawritson - I've never been a "Blue Falcon" type (more of a "Stick It To The Man" type) but I screen-shotted his remarks, that also are timestamped by RP, and I'm sure there is a contact point for the USAR IG somewhere....

I disagree, the republicans should stand up for their POTUS, he said nothing wrong because he was right about both sides being guilty. Antifa was violent as well. Trump should be a little less defensive in certain instances but overall he is doing a good job. the media is very biased and harp on little things he says and totally ignores the good. the racial tension comes way more from the left. The white nationalists/alt right are a tiny fringe group of racist idiots, most people are not and they definitely don't represent republicans....just like antifa and other agitators and thugs don't represent everyone on the left.. those republicans who criticize him mostly do it out of fear of being demonized by the leftist crazy media with their racial and political divisiveness done mostly for ratings.... I guess the Russia rhetoric got tired so now it's the Racists did it.... Only one person is responsible for murder, the person driving the car.. everyone else was hyped up by the current media environment of reporting to incite and demonize instead of to unite, but that wouldn't garner many ratings.... sad situation. trying to suppress/censor others right to free speech while claiming to do it because they have the right to free speech too. dumb.. BTW good morning to everyone regardless of political affiliation. Have a blessed day

SGT (Anonymous) - Speaking out against INJUSTICE is acceptable, even admirable. However, creating and propagating falsehoods and half-truths about any elected official is NOT acceptable. For Military personnel, it is forbidden by the UCMJ.

There IS a difference.

So.... what is wrong with President Trump?????
He is not a politician or a "silver-tongued" orator like our previous President, whom by the way rushed to judgment on no less than four separate occasions and was later proven wrong.
If you watched the "drive-by" media, you would think that President Trump is the Grand Wizard of the KKK. Trump was a businessman for decades, where were the acquisitions, lawsuits or even whispers of him or his Company being racists..there were none.
What's so bad about putting America first...what's so bad about wanting "American steel" constructing our buildings and bridges. What's so bad about lowering our corporate rate down to 15%, oh my, we don't want to do that, it might drive US overseas companies back to America. Oh, and let's not lower the individual tax rate, no, we don't deserve more money in our pockets and we certainly don't want to purchase something with that extra money..that would make the economy grow.
What's so bad about ICE and local law enforcement rounding up violent gang members and sending them back to their own countries.
Finally, what is so wrong about making us energy independent we have more natural resources than any other place on the planet. I am all for clean and renewable energy but until it can be produced economically and on a massive scale to serve the entire country, we are stuck with fossil fuels.
I await your replies....
